At ZM Home, we want you to love every piece in your sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your eligible home goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZM Home account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home decor and furniture arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
